Reasons to Invest
We’ve always believed that we would never be here without users contributing incredible content and candid stories. For years, we thought having some of our users as shareholders to align goals and incentives was an interesting (and in many ways, unique-to-Blind) idea. The process isn’t ideal (there’s some regulatory red-tape) but we’ve found a way to try this by partnering with AngelList.
The professional workforce in the US is +70 million. While Blind has captured a growing segment of the overall workforce, it still represents only a fraction of the total. We believe there is tremendous opportunity to grow and enable more employees to benefit from the community.
